Wow, Max! Great upload! And, a thing: according to Glee Wikia, there will be more songs on Guilty Pleasures… they are: Mamma Mia, Copacabana and Against All Odds (Take A Look At Me Now)… I guess they’ll make like they did with Shout, like, release all the covers from the others songs… so, if you wanna make covers for these too…
And, another thing: will you make covers for Dancing On My Own as well?

Oh that’s true! Sorry I didn’t see them, the only site I found with SMASH covers was smash-cover.tumblr.com I didn’t see yours, but mine are a little different, they don’t have the quotes and the color scheme is different, on the plus side I started mine from scratch, I had to find a blank cover, the idea of the lines of screencaps was from here, and all my original archives are 1500×1500 but I resize them for the blog. Sorry for the misunderstanding 😀

Que te parece si te calmas y te esperas, si tu lo supieras hacer lo harías y no vendrías aquí a tomar el trabajo de otros, no se tú, pero yo (por experiencia) sé que toma mucho tiempo hacer estos covers, especialmente los que tienen imágenes (ya que yo hago de estos pero de SMASH) así que por respeto al creador no andes fastidiando y usando lenguaje ofensivo!!!! Max tiene una vida y probablemente un trabajo que demande mucho tiempo, así que ten paciencia!!!!

What a joke all this waiting is. As much as I love Max’s covers, but he’s taking forever to upload.

There’s a difference between expressing your opinion and saying “rude” things like that.
There’s really not. Dylan was totally justified in saying it’s taking forever. It IS taking forever. And it IS a joke that Max has basically disappeared. He knows how many followers he has, the nice thing to do would be to at least check in and let us know he’s still working on them.

It’s been almost two months guys. I’m sorry if my post sounded rude but we’ve been waiting a long time. Sorry again.
Ok so do you care or not? If you don’t care why are you apologizing? Doesn’t make sense to me and Danielle Max doesn’t owe us anything. If he is busy that is business, when he is able to post he will. You and a few others do this every time Max goes for a long period of time without posting new covers. You complain and bitch that he should get someone else to take over, when he posts you all praise him for the new covers, weeks go by without new covers and you go back to bitching about no new covers. Yes it is too bad we’ve gone two months without any new covers but really all you can do is be patient or just not come back.
I don’t have to listen to this. I’ve been patient.. for two months!
Actually, I never praise Max. His name is just letters on a screen to me, I don’t worship him like everyone else seems to. I’m not loyal to him whatsoever, I just like the covers. I jumped ship and went to the Tumblr site that started doing them in his absence. So don’t lump me in with all the other sycophants.
I praise Max because I’m a nice person, I’m not so nice when I’ve been waiting two whole months for covers. I’m like Danielle, I like the covers but I’m not loyal to him. So yous can wait around for another month or so while we and Danielle will continue with our lives.
This is just too funny!! You say you’ll continue with your life as will Danielle and “others” yet judging by how frequently you post here and post what I mentioned earlier you seem to be waiting around quite a bit. So why don’t you just go back to the other tumblrs and stop coming here? You said your not loyal to him so why are you still here? Clearly you found other places to get covers.
I hope if Max has in fact decided to discontinue making covers then maybe he’d let someone else take over. It is kind of disappointing visiting everyday with no new updates though.

You know, it hurts, hurts that you had an original idea, you put it to work and suddenly everyone loves it, but after sometimes when you’ve got little time to do it others jump at the chance to “replace” you. I know he didn’t copyright the covers or design but it is just shameful for people to come to his own blog and add links for their sites with his work only by another hand, seeing this dissapoints anyone and it leads to giving up. As a fellow cover-maker I know how frustrating it is to have your work “stolen” and I hope people understand this and stop saying negative comments about the time it takes to post the covers, he will post them when he had the time to, otherwise we may not get covers anymore!!!!
I totally agree with you Poncho, for our website we make everything in Max’s style and when he uploads i make sure to delete our screencap covers because the whole point is just to have a placeholder cover until Max uploads his, it doesnt matter how hard anybody works nobody will ever make covers as incredible as Max’s. Just so you know, our site is really to help Max because ALOT of people have requests that they want that Max can’t take on, and so since we have the supplies and the time to do them, we do. I dont even know if your talking about alternate-maxdume.tumbler.com but if you were i just wanted to let you know this 🙂
